1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for products that are physically damaged during delivery.

To be eligible:

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused and in its original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available
Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be shared with our team
2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Size issues
Color variations due to screen display
Change of mind
Used or washed products
Products without original tags or packaging
Customized or altered products
Sale or clearance items
3. Replacement Policy

We provide replacements only if:

The product received is physically damaged during delivery
The damage is verified by our support team

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

4. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product
Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement if approved
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided. Approved cases, if any, will be reviewed by our support team and processed accordingly.

6. Return Shipping

For approved damaged-product replacements, return shipping arrangements will be handled by VAIDURYA.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
